Within the Indirect Procurement Department, you will work across multiple supplier markets, enjoy frequent interaction with suppliers and internal clients, and actively contribute to the development of the Procurement function.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing tenders across various indirect procurement categories, covering all stages of a procurement project: internal needs collection, drafting and publishing RFx, offer analysis, negotiation, contracting, internal communication and deployment
Supporting the transformation of Indirect Procurement, including implementation of the new ERP and accompanying change management for internal stakeholders
Collaborating, supporting and influencing throughout the P2P process, from purchase request and negotiation through to purchase order creation
The ERP will enable the buyer to validate purchase requests into purchase orders and steer procurement policy through the tool
Identifying procurement opportunities in general, as well as sustainability-related opportunities, and implementing them
Evaluating supplier compliance and performance using internal tendering and sourcing tools
Participating in monthly meetings and contributing to the Group Procurement network across 18 countries
Executing tenders, including supplier qualification and selection
Ensuring compliance with procurement processes and policies
Collecting specifications for required products and services from business stakeholders
Drafting contracts and negotiating agreements with suppliers in coordination with Legal and internal stakeholders
Conducting market and spend analysis
Identifying and anticipating project execution issues, proposing and implementing solutions, and escalating when necessary
Identifying procurement risks and reporting them to management
Monitoring defined risk mitigation actions and processes
Managing supplier issues and periodically reviewing supplier agreements and performance
Contributing to the development of the Group Procurement Action Plan
Proposing and leading continuous improvements within procurement services, processes and policies
Master’s degree with a specialization in Procurement
Minimum of 3 years’ experience
Ability to manage procurement projects end to end
Strong interpersonal skills, agility, rigor and organizational capabilities
Proactive mindset and ability to contribute constructively within a team
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong sense of anticipation and customer satisfaction
Proficient in MS Office tools (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); experience with sourcing platforms such as Jaggaer or BravoSolution is a plus
Strong command of English, with the ability to conduct business discussions and influence stakeholders at all levels
Management and execution of indirect procurement categories
High-level negotiation skills
Strong organization and coordination abilities
Ability to analyse and prioritise complex tasks under pressure
