As an Indirect Materials Buyer, you will help secure the materials and services that enable business success, while building strong supplier partnerships and driving value across the organization. What You Will Do

• Execute purchasing activities for indirect categories, including maintenance, repair and operations supplies, facility materials, tooling, safety equipment, and general services.
• Support sourcing projects by preparing and managing requests for quotation, conducting supplier evaluations, and participating in negotiations.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, delivery performance, and compliance with business requirements.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding activities and maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs, define purchasing requirements, and prioritize procurement activities.
• Monitor supplier performance and support corrective actions to address service or delivery issues.
• Track procurement metrics and contribute to cost management initiatives that support operational objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, compliance, and procurement effectiveness.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management practices.
• Experience using SAP, SAP Ariba, or similar procurement systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing or other fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience within a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or aerospace.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
