What You'll Be Doing:

The Clinical Facilitator & Practice Development Specialist is responsible for supporting physician capability development, treatment implementation, and educational engagement for Sinclair aesthetic brands in Malaysia.

This role focuses on reinforcing structured injection methodologies approach through workshop facilitation, post-training follow-up, clinical implementation support, and educational pathway management.

The role also supports local educational events, trainer coordination, workshop logistics, and clinic engagement activities to strengthen treatment confidence, consistency, and long-term physician adoption.

This position works closely with the commercial, medical, and marketing to ensure effective educational execution while maintaining strong alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Role

  1. Clinical Education & Training Facilitation (35%)
  • Support and facilitate workshops, accreditation programs, and hands-on training sessions
  • Reinforce Sinclair treatment protocols and injection methodologies
  • Support onboarding and capability development of new injectors
  • Assist trainers and KOLs during educational activities
  • Coordinate educational materials, patient/model arrangements, and workshop preparation
  • Observe and identify physician learning gaps and training needs
  1. Post-Workshop Clinical Reinforcement & Follow-Up (25%)
  • Organize and coordinate post-workshop online reinforcement sessions
  • Facilitate communication between trainers and workshop attendees
  • Conduct post-training follow-up with participating doctors
  • Support clinical implementation of newly learned techniques
  • Track physician progression from:
  • workshop attendee
  • assisted user
  • independent injector
  • Identify clinics requiring additional support or refresher training
  • Coordinate case discussion sessions and implementation reviews
  • Support first-case confidence building and treatment workflow reinforcement
  1. Practice Development Support (15%)
  • Support clinics in integrating Sinclair treatments into daily practice
  • Reinforce treatment consistency and structured treatment pathways
  • Support clinic educational engagement initiatives
  • Gather customer feedback and field insights
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to identify clinics requiring additional educational support
  • Assist in strengthening treatment adoption through capability development activities
  1. Event & Workshop Management (15%)
  • Coordinate local workshops, dinner talks, cadaver sessions, and educational events
  • Liaise with trainers, KOLs, vendors, agencies, and clinics
  • Support congress and event execution
  • Manage workshop logistics including:
  • registration
  • venue coordination
  • materials
  • equipment
  • attendee communication
  • Prepare post-event reports and training summaries
  1. Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities (10%)
  • Maintain accurate training and engagement records
  • Track workshop attendance and follow-up completion
  • Prepare monthly activity reports and KPI tracking
  • Ensure educational activities comply with company and regulatory requirements
  • Support workshop required inventory and sample coordination

Your skills and experience

  • Education:

Diploma or Degree in: Nursing/ Biomedical Science / Life Sciences / Aesthetics / Marketing or related disciplines

  • Experience:

3–5 years experience in:

Β· medical aesthetics / Β· pharmaceutical/device industry / Β· clinical training

Β· event coordination / Β· practice development
