Indirect Channel Expert
Position:
In this role, you will fully manage the operational processes related to the Indirect channel (Distributors, Wholesale) and SIS (Store-in-Store) accounts for the assigned clients. This includes preparing, calculating, and communicating bonuses/discounts, managing contracts and addenda, maintaining databases (ISD/EBS/IDA), and providing reports to the Sales Force. The role also ensures the monitoring and updating of procedures impacting the Sales Team, the implementation of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, and the optimization of data flows with distributors to enhance JTI’s performance in the ID and SIS universe. It is also responsible for developing, consolidating, and managing the sales discount budget (Sales Allowances).
