Purpose

・Achievement of master plan (sales volume, sales amount, and C3 margins)

・Driving various activities within branches (focal points)

・Acquisition of customers by distributors through proposals in line with sales policies

・Consulting on sales of lubricants by major distributors

・Training of lubricants

・Expansion of OEM in charge of business and gathering related information

Accountabilities

‐Compliance with Shell business principles and E&C/HSSE items

-Quantity and Earnings Management to Achieve Master Plan

-Makes decisions by playing a leading role in discussions within the team regarding the activities of the lubricants dealer’s group

-Provision and advice on examples of other initiatives to determine sales activities of dealer's stores

-Contributing to the development of several first-class lubricants or to several first-class lubricants

-Development of new customers and management of activities of lubricants together with high-lubricant stores

-Strengthen ties with major OEM and expand businesses

-Collection of information from the market and internal development

-Credit management of supervisory business partners

Skills & Requirements

-Native-level Japanese and intermediate-level English proficiency

-Have sufficient practical experience in lubricating oil sales.

-Lubricating oil technology and knowledge level:

Lubricants are specialized, and there is general knowledge about equipment machinery and equipment, and to users

Knowledge and information can be utilized

Response to OEM designing departments after confirming with specialized departments
