Key Responsibilities

• Source indirect materials and services (such as equipment, spare parts, office supplies, and services) locally and/or internationally.
• Cooperate with related parties regarding requirements to source and supply the right items on time.
• Negotiate and manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) at the best value.
• Manage purchase orders (PO issuance and delivery tracking) and suppliers to supply the right quality, quantity, and time (on-time in-full).
• Record supplier performance and pricing.
• Monitor market trends to introduce new items and/or add value to products and operations.
• Initiate and maintain department KPIs and tracking records.
• Demonstrate fluency in English and proficiency in SAP operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in indirect procurement or sourcing within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience managing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Experience in purchase order management, supplier coordination, and delivery tracking.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and KPI tracking skills.
