The Indirect Procurement Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the purchase of indirect goods and services that support business operations, including categories such as IT, facilities, professional services, marketing, HR, travel, and office supplies. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, drive cost savings, ensure supplier compliance, and support operational efficiency while adhering to company procurement policies.
The Buyer executes end-to-end procurement activities—from requisition through supplier selection, contract negotiation, purchase order creation, and supplier performance management. The role also supports spend analysis, supplier diversity initiatives, and continuous process improvement to maximize value and mitigate risk
