Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Indirect Buyer (CAPEX) who will support CAPEX procurement activities and supplier management while collaborating closely with engineering and project teams.
• Performing CAPEX procurement activities, including machinery, equipment, and other indirect categories.
Cooperating with Engineering and Project teams on equipment specifications and purchasing requirements.
Participating in the Sourcing Council and regular divisional/Group CAPEX meetings.
Managing sourcing processes, supplier selection, and commercial evaluations.
Negotiating prices, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers.
Monitoring supplier performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procurement procedures.
Coordinating contract documentation and maintaining purchasing records.
Supporting cost optimization and other strategic purchasing initiatives.
Completed study in Economics, Business Administration, Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or a similar role.
Experience in manufacturing or automotive environment is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset and good organizational skills.
Advanced SAP and MS Office knowledge.
Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
Experience with CAPEX procurement or investment projects.
Knowledge of supplier performance management.
Experience in an international manufacturing environment.
Salary
Starting from €1,800 gross per month. The final compensation package will reflect the successful candidate's experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
