Your Role:

We are seeking an Indirect Buyer responsible for sourcing and purchasing MRO materials, services, and non-production requirements while creating value through competitive sourcing and supplier management.

Our Team:

You will work closely with Maintenance, Facilities, Operations, Finance, EHS, and internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of indirect goods and services.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage procurement of MRO materials and indirect services
  • Execute sourcing activities including RFQs and supplier evaluations
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements
  • Manage PR-to-PO conversion and supplier follow-up
  • Support contracts, NDAs, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor supplier performance and risk
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives
  • Implement continuous improvement activities

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Conversational English
  • Experience sourcing MRO products and services
  • SAP or ERP experience

  • Contract negotiation experience
  • Manufacturing environment experience
