El Indirect Buyer es responsable de la planeación, negociación y adquisición de materiales y servicios indirectos necesarios para la operación de la planta, asegurando el cumplimiento de los lineamientos, políticas corporativas, presupuestos y estándares de calidad, costo y entrega. Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con Finanzas, Mantenimiento, Facilities, IT, RH y otros departamentos internos.
Gestionar la compra de materiales y servicios indirectos (MRO, refacciones, servicios generales, facilities, IT, EHS, RH, etc.).
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos, políticas internas y controles de auditoría.
Negociar precios, condiciones comerciales y contratos con proveedores.
Crear y dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra en el sistema ERP (SAP / Oracle u otro).
Administrar el ciclo Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
Evaluar y desarrollar proveedores conforme a criterios de costo, calidad, entrega y cumplimiento.
Analizar consumos y oportunidades de reducción de costos y mejora continua.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de presupuestos aprobados y control de gastos indirectos.
Coordinar con Finanzas la correcta facturación y resolución de discrepancias.
Participar en auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con compras y compliance.
Licenciatura en Administración, Comercio Internacional, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
3 a 5 años de experiencia en Compras Indirectas dentro de la industria maquilera/manufactura.
