Indigo Hardware Planner

This is planning role within AMS Indigo SC Ops. This position is responsible for end-to-end planning, inventory management, and logistics
coordination for HP Indigo hardware across North America and global movements.
This position plays a critical role in enabling a scalable, resilient, and cost‑effective logistics for our high‑value, low‑volume Indigo business,
supporting AMS logistics operations such as customs, fulfillment, and installation operations.

Responsibilities
• Assist in hardware demand and supply planning for Indigo products
• Manage order fulfillment flows from production through delivery
• Align supply with quarterly allocations, deal timing, and cut-offs
• Monitor inventory positioning across warehouses and partners
• Identify and escalate supply risks, shortages, or delays
• Support quarter-end execution and backlog management
• Ensure inventory accuracy through daily report reconciliation

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

QAD / S4 ERP experience highly desired
