Site Engineer-Civil

Job Location: UAE

Job Purpose:

Overseeing construction projects, ensuring work aligns with plans, specifications, and safety standards, and managing resources.

Requirements/Qualification&Skills

• • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry is required.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent project management and site coordination skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical problems promptly.
  • Familiarity with engineering standards and specifications.
  • Supervise daily site activities to ensure the project is built according to design and specifications.
  • Manage the on-site team and coordinate with subcontractors.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality control measures on-site.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
  • Perform site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
