Job Title india: Supply Chain Coordinator

DepartmentSupply Chain Management (Business Support Services)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with external suppliers to resolve invoicing discrepancies.

  • Preparing Purchase Orders againstproforma invoicesand following up for internal approvals.

  • Reconciling vendor proforma invoices against our supplier contractual agreements.

  • Preparing reports to be communicated to internal customers.

  • Coordinating between internal departments such aswarehouses,Rigs, and logistics

Qualification:

  • Musthave proficient computer skills.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MSExcel,etc.)

  • Working knowledge or experience in the accounting and finance domainisa must

  • Oracle/SAP experience is preferred.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of professional experience.

  • 0-2years of experience in Supply Chain management.

Qualities or Attributes:

  • Proactive- take the initiative to resolve issues andidentifydiscrepancies.

  • Excellent critical thinking and organisational skills.

  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
