To be successful as an “India MRC Change Delivery Manager- VP 1”, you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Project Management, Regulatory Change, Business Analysis, Change Management, Consulting, and Delivery Management across Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, Investment Banking, and Reg Tech domains.
MBA or CFA profile with c. 10+ years of banking / consulting experience preferred.
Expert project management skillset with a mindset for f2b delivery across complex transformational programmes.
Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly to senior management.
Project Management Skills-Structured approach to programme governance with strong capability in planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, project reporting, and ensuring controlled and auditable implementation.
Stakeholder engagement-Excellent in managing global virtual teams with extensive experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional groups.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Agile methodology-Strong Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall delivery experience, having operated as both Business Analyst and Product Owner across multiple Scrum teams, ensuring robust execution and iterative delivery
Excellent Communication skills- very good in oral and written communication skills to work with Senior management across teams and able to communicate effectively.
Microsoft Office skills- excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS project, Jira and confluence
