As the India Mart Search & Gem Portal Search Executive at Ensol Multiclean Equipments Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the effective management of online platforms. This position requires a dynamic individual with a keen understanding of customer engagement, product listings, and efficient communication. Operating from our Jaipur location, you will be responsible for navigating India Mart and Gem Portal, tracking and managing enquiries, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Enquiry Management:

• Utilize India Mart and Gem Portal to search for potential business enquiries.
• Daily tracking of enquiries via email, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Conduct proactive follow-ups with customers to gather additional information and address inquiries.

Product Upload and Maintenance:

• Manage the upload of products on India Mart and Gem Portal, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Regularly update product listings with relevant details to enhance visibility.

Customer Interaction:

• Engage in effective communication with customers, providing detailed information and addressing queries.
• Facilitate customer follow-ups to nurture relationships and build trust.

Order Conversion:

• Work towards converting relevant enquiries into orders by providing necessary information and assistance to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate a seamless conversion process.

Enquiry Categorization:

• Evaluate and categorize enquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department for further action.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication and collaboration across teams.

CRM and Data Management:

• Utilize CRM systems for efficient tracking and management of customer interactions.
• Maintain organized records of enquiries, responses, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Degree, or Diploma Holder in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Prior experience in India Mart and Gem Portal searches is advantageous
