As an Independently Licensed Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you’ll share our vision for improving access to quality mental health care while working in a culture grounded in authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Ellie was founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health and breaking down barriers that often prevent people from receiving care.
Who is Ellie North Idaho?Ellie Mental Health of North Idaho is a group of like-minded providers committed to exceptional client care. We are part of a multi-clinic organization based in Minnesota, with independently owned locations all over the United States, that are structured to remove many daily obstacles that interfere with providing great therapy. The clinician experience is our priority. We support therapists with competitive compensation, benefits, training, free CEUs, therapist-controlled scheduling, and robust administrative support. Our centralized team handles referrals, scheduling, billing, insurance credentialing, technology, and client matching so clinicians can focus on therapy. Happy therapists provide better care—and that’s our goal.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

We provide individual and couples counseling, child, teen and family therapy, medication management, psychological testing and evaluation, ARMHS & CTSS, embedded programming & organizational mental health support, and additional customized services both in-office and in-home. We are proud to be able to serve communities across Minnesota via online therapy and medication management services.
Each of our counselors, therapists, psychologists and practitioners bring their unique experience, passion, specialty and personality to therapy, and all understand the power and importance of human connection and good relationships in the process of healing and self-discovery.
