Job Title: Independent Subcontractor
Location: East Kootenays, BC (Kimberley and Cranbrook Area)

About the Role

We’re looking for independent professional Cleaning Subcontractors who enjoy providing the highest level of service to clients. What You Will Bring
• A valid business registration number
• A GST Number
• Workers' compensation coverage
• Third Part Legal Liability Insurance
• Experience in Light/heavy duty cleaning & waxing, using Auto Scrubbers & Burnishers
• Experience in cleaning large retail stores

What You Will Be Doing
• Complete cleaning per provided instructions within the allotted time
• Maintain contact with Operations/ Site Manager if there are any issues, notes, or necessary information to relay
• Have and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, unless provided by Alpine
• You will need to have experience cleaning retail spaces
