We are seeking a passionate Independent Operations Facilitator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the support and development of individuals with special needs. From coordinating Person-Centered Plans to advocating for individuals' rights, your role is pivotal in delivering compassionate and effective services.

Employment Status: Full-time, Non-exempt
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40-hour work week (8-hour days)
Salary: $20.95 per hour

Our programs strive to improve the quality of each individuals life through person-centered services that help participants develop and maintain their highest level of independence and maximize opportunities for personal choice and self-advocacy.
Programs include: Supported Employment, Community Integration, Exploration & Enrichment Services, Adult Developmental Centers, Assessments, Work Experience Program and Residential Services.
Supported Employment
Provides individual training and a combination of support services in community-based employment. This program enables clients to work independently and achieve and maintain employment in an integrated setting in the business community.
Adult Developmental Center
Provides basic living skills training, which assists clients in reaching their maximum level of independence, along with access and inclusion in the community. Our curriculum includes self-advocacy, mobility, money management, functional reading, basic academics, pre-work skills, writing, daily living skills, and personal growth and development.
Community Integrated Services
Provides community based person-centered services and individualized supports to assist clients in living quality lives as productive and active members of their community.
Exploration and Enrichment Services
Provides person-centered services that offer activities and training in daily living skills, employment readiness, functional skills development, self-advocacy, personal growth and maintenance of positive behaviors, and community access and inclusion.
