About the Role:Join Wuffy, Inc. dba 360clean as an Independent Janitorial Sales Representative in Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your sales skills in the thriving janitorial services industry while making a positive impact on local businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the janitorial services market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their cleaning needs.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential clients.
• Develop customized proposals and contracts to meet client requirements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably at least 1 year in the janitorial or facilities management industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
