Job Description

Position Summary:

Necco has an opportunity for a Safety Analyst Contractor. This role will provide the most value to the company by identifying areas of safety and risk within all company functions and services. The Safety Analyst will work in collaboration with the Safety & Risk team on a specialized project related to company identified “non-negotiables”.

Responsibilities for this position are as follows:

  • Complete timely and accurate document reviews
  • Report to proper authority any incidence of non-compliance, suspicion of abuse or neglect, fraud, or any reportable offense as outlined in internal policy and procedure
  • Ensure current policies and procedures in accordance with standards of governing bodies
  • Maintain current knowledge and ensure compliance with statutes, rules, regulations, and any other guidelines applicable to Necco operations
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA regulations
  • Monitor data insights through the utilization of performance dashboards
  • Provide results of internal reviews to stakeholders

Technical Capacity

  • Provide results of internal reviews to stakeholders
  • Provide training and communication and guidance on “The Necco Way” through EHR workflows
  • Collaborate with Necco staff to ensure standards are understood and reflected in quality of service delivery
  • Serve as a subject matter expert as it relates to safety and risk management
  • Prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred
  • 2 years of experience preferred in administrative or human services field
  • Knowledge of and ability to navigate rules, regulations, accreditation standards and licensing requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Auto Insurance Coverage
  • Outstanding Customer Service
  • Organizational communication skills
  • Must be self-directed
  • Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
  • Must possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard)
