Location: Allegheny County and surrounding counties (community-based with local travel required)

Are you passionate about supporting infants, toddlers, and families during critical early developmental stages? Achieva is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Intervention professional to complete independent assessments and provide family-centered services to children with developmental delays. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams while making a lasting impact in the community.

Completes independent assessments for surrounding counties and carries out responsibilities in Allegheny County related to developing Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs). Provides sessions, consultations, and evaluations for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families. Coordinates independent assessment team functions and collaborates with multidisciplinary professionals to support family and child outcomes. Reports to the Assistant Director of Early Intervention.
