I. Job Summary:
The Associate Analyst, Catalog Management is responsible to own and manage the end-to-end catalog lifecycle and involves in reviewing item data to ensure accuracy and completeness across all required and recommended attributes, including categorization and images The candidate will collaborate with Analysts, Lead Analysts, and Seller Account Management Teams to identify improvement opportunities and resolve emerging issues. In alignment with protecting the Lowe’s brand and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, possess experience in digital business or merchandise operations, and have knowledge of home improvement or digital retail, along with excellent organizational skills.

· Ensure all the appropriate item attributes are captured, verified and uploaded to ensure products are listed and meet the necessary guardrails, aligned to Lowe’s data quality guidelines
· Leverage automation tools and data templates to streamline product upload and validation processes
· Maintain consistent categorization rules and hierarchies across various General Merchandising Management (GMM’s)
· Regularly interface and consult with sellers, troubleshooting set-up issues to aid in successfully onboarding items into the Lowes marketplace
· Maintain and organize Item-related queries and follow-up as necessary.
· Support managers/leadership in maintaining SOP documents, review and refine processes for optimal efficiency.
· Implement technical rules and other processes within the catalog management tools to automate aspects of the function
· Meet or exceed key results (financial, operational and customer) related to digital third-party sellers through collaborative improvement
· Keeps leadership informed of progress, escalates for support as necessary
III. Years of Experience:
· Freshers up to 2 Years relevant experience in online/retail merchandising, digital business, operations
IV. Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field
V. Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (must have)
· Experience/Understanding of Digital/Marketplace or Category merchandising
· Highly Detail-oriented with strong operational mindset
· Expertise in third-party assortment management, data quality methodology/guidelines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to converse with US based sellers via email, phone, teams calls(to be evaluated)
· Experience with data analysis and providing insights about the data
· Experience working with Excel and other data/reporting tools
· Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Secondary Skills (desired)
· Retail corporate experience
· Experience with third party marketplace systems such as DSCO/Rithum/Mirakl etc.
· Experience managing a business portfolio in a large retail environment
· Experience / familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Superset, or other analytics platforms
