Key Responsibilities

Development:

  • Ability to design and implement advanced AI/ML workflowsleveraginga combination ofOut ofthe box Salesforce (Agentforce) capabilities andindustryofferings fromAWS/GCP, Vertex AI, and RAG architectures, including integration with vector and graph databases.

  • Ability to developend-to-end generative AI workflowsusing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flowswith attention todataintegrationensuring dataquality, validation, and monitoring, whileoptimizingfor unstructured data and agentic workflows.

  • Build AI-driven systems to improve data and salesforce capabilities, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware tools.

  • Develop andmaintainautomation processes and custom applications.

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Admin:

  • Effectively manageuser setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settingsusingtraditional techniquesandincorporatingAgentforcetemplates to advanceand reduce day-to-dayoperationalmanagement

  • Maintain data integrity and perform regular data audits.

  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows.

  • Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types

Innovation & Collaboration:

  • Proactivelyidentifyopportunities to enhance user experience and system performance.

  • Contribute to POC development for emerging Salesforce features and integrations.

  • Championa culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Overall6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developerwith a strongfoundationalunderstanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices

  • Experiencein Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components(5+ years expert)

  • Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules(5+ years expert)

  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools(3+ years intermediate/expert)

  • Experience withbuildingand deployingGenAIenabledAgentforceworkflowsleveragingout of the box prompts and templateswithhumanintheloopcontrols(1+ yearbeginner)

  • Strong data foundation knowledge. Familiarity with data warehousingandstreaming technologieswith experienceindeveloping solutionstosupport large-scale data and analytics applications on cloud platforms such as Snowflakeis highly desirable(3+ years intermediate/expert)

  • Excellent problem-solving,communicationand stakeholder managementskills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesacross multipleprojects

  • Proficiencywith delivery tooling (Rally, dashboards) and SDLC governance(3+ years intermediate/expert)

  • Bachelor's ormaster’sdegree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, ora relatedfield.
