What would you do in this role:

As a consultant, you will take ownership of building Agentic Commerce solutions powered by Generative AI and multi-agent systems, driving end-to-end solution development and client impact across commerce ecosystems.

  • Design and implement Agentic AI systems, leveraging multi-agent frameworks and autonomous orchestration to deliver innovative client solutions.
  • Design and implement Agentic AI systems, enabling intelligent decision-making workflows across customer engagement, personalization, merchandising, and digital platforms.
  • Define and manage data, knowledge, and context pipelines to enable effective agent reasoning and action.
  • Lead data preparation, integration, and validation, ensuring reliable and scalable inputs for agent workflows.
  • Architect and manage orchestration pipelines that coordinate specialized agents (retrievers, planners, insight generators, visualization agents).
  • Architect and implement orchestration pipelines coordinating specialized agents, predictive models, optimization components, retrieval systems, and decision APIs within production-ready commerce architectures.
  • Build and operationalize retrieval-augmented generation systems grounded in structured commerce knowledge, business rules, product taxonomies, and policy constraints.
  • Experiment with and optimize agentic approaches (multi-agent planning, tool orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation) for scalability and efficiency.
  • Evaluate system performance rigorously, driving continuous improvements in accuracy, reliability, and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to integrate Agentic AI into consulting solutions, ensuring deployment readiness and business alignment.
  • Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI solutions.
  • Apply Responsible AI principles, including structured tool access, context controls, logging, traceability, and performance monitoring to ensure secure and compliant autonomous workflows.
  • Drive hands-on design and development of Agentic Commerce solutions, including agent workflows, tool integrations, and production-grade deployments.
  • Stay on top of emerging technologies in autonomous agents, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise adoption; apply them in client contexts.
  • Document methodologies, design patterns, and best practices, contributing to accelerators and knowledge-sharing assets.
  • Create and deliver client-ready presentations, demos, and playbooks, effectively communicating AI’s business value.
  • Mentor junior resources, guiding them on technical implementation and consulting practices.

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines with an excellent academic record.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in building scalable Agentic AI frameworks via front-end and backend integration
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; with hands-on experience implementing Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions integrating predictive modeling, optimization, and LLM-driven reasoning.
  • Practical experience working with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph) to build and deploy multi-agent or orchestration-based systems.
  • Experience designing prompt flows, structured orchestration pipelines, multi-agent coordination, and schema-driven tool invocation (including familiarity with interoperability standards such as MCP).
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise APIs and backend services to enable secure and scalable deployment within commercial systems.
  • Hands-on experience with FastAPI, GCP/Azure/AWS, and Databricks (AI/BI Genie, LLM-as-a -judge, Mosaic AI Gateway) for modular development, scalable deployment, and large-scale modeling workflows.
  • Experience working with vector databases, knowledge base integration, and in-memory state management systems (e.g., Redis) to support retrieval-augmented and context-aware agent workflows.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning and adaptive decision frameworks
  • Understanding of Responsible AI principles, including model monitoring, drift detection, bias awareness, explainability, and audit logging in production AI systems.
  • Experience applying LLM evaluation metrics, structured testing frameworks, and agent observability practices to ensure solution reliability and performance.
  • Working knowledge of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD practices, and containerized deployments supporting production AI applications.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate advanced AI concepts into actionable business outcomes.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and structure Agentic AI solutions that are practical, scalable, and client ready
