GDIT is looking to identify current program incumbents, who wish to support the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program, for U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) on Team GDIT. Continue to help optimize SOF mission readiness, longevity, and performance through integrated human performance programs that strengthen both the force and their families.

This work supports USSOCOM and covers a holistic program designed to sustain Special Operations Forces (SOF) readiness and resilience while supporting the well-being of their families. Its mission emphasizes that “humans are more important than hardware”, focusing on people as the core of operational effectiveness. POTFF is proactive, evidence-based, and utilizes multi-domain, cross-functional teams to provide centralized oversight with decentralized execution.
Roles are on site at various locations to include CONUS and OCONUS locations.

The likely salary range for this position is $96,569 - $130,651. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
