We are seeking an experienced Incorta Developer with 6–10 years of experience in enterprise reporting, analytics, and data modeling. The role will design scalable Incorta data models, develop complex dashboards and reports, integrate multiple source systems, and optimize analytical performance while partnering with business and data engineering teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Incorta Development and Data Modeling

· Design and maintain Incorta physical schemas, business schemas, joins, materialized views, formula columns, measures, dimensions, and derived attributes.

· Configure ingestion jobs, data sources, pipelines, load plans, incremental refreshes, and data validation controls.

· Develop reusable semantic and dimensional models that support governed self-service analytics.

· Translate complex business and reporting requirements into maintainable technical solutions.

Reporting, Analytics, and Performance

· Build complex operational, management, and executive dashboards and reports across multiple subject areas.

· Implement calculations, aggregations, filters, drilldowns, KPIs, exception reporting, and role-based access.

· Troubleshoot and optimize queries, joins, formulas, schemas, ingestion patterns, and dashboard performance.

· Reconcile report outputs to source systems and resolve data quality or reporting discrepancies.

Integration and Delivery

· Integrate Incorta with ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS, finance, HR, and other enterprise source systems using database, API, file, or cloud-based patterns.

· Work with data engineers on source mappings, transformations, data quality, refresh schedules, and lineage.

· Support design reviews, testing, UAT, defect resolution, releases, production support, and technical documentation.

· Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to junior developers and report developers.

REQUIRED SKILLS

· 6–10 years in business intelligence, enterprise reporting, data analytics, or data warehousing, including substantial Incorta development experience.

· Strong hands-on knowledge of Incorta schemas, ingestion, Analyzer, dashboards, security, materialized views, and performance tuning.

· Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and performance-aware query design.

· Strong understanding of semantic modeling, dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, facts, dimensions, and slowly changing dimensions.

· Experience with ETL/ELT, data pipelines, source-to-target mappings, incremental loads, data profiling, and data governance.

· Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or similar databases; familiarity with APIs, JSON/XML, and cloud data platforms.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and documentation skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Incorta certification or formal training; experience with Incorta Cloud.

· Experience with Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Cognos, or comparable BI tools.

· Experience delivering analytics for supply chain, finance, procurement, sales, operations, or HR.

· Experience with end-to-end reporting-platform implementation, migration, or modernization.

EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is an advantage. The successful candidate demonstrates ownership, attention to data accuracy, structured problem solving, collaboration, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
