The Inclusion Aide - Summer Seasonal is a seasonal position. We offer competitive compensation, and PTO for seasonal employees.
Job Purpose:
The Inclusion Aides are responsible for the supervision and safety of all Clubhouse, Schools Out Days, Holiday Break Camp program, Nature and Adventure programs, teens program participants and will be scheduled to assist with various evening/weekend programs as needed throughout the year. The staff member will team with the on-site supervisor to assist in monitoring, interacting, leading and developing a safe and fun environment for kids to enjoy their time out and away from school. They will provide aide to individual students and assist in all program aspects. Program staff will provide quality customer service to the families and community members of Oak Park.

Additional Events as needed during evening & weekend hours

We offer over 3,000 recreation programs annually for all ages and abilities. The District is also a member of the West Suburban Special Recreation Association.
In 2015, the Park District was recognized with the most prestigious award in the parks and recreation field, the National Gold Medal Award for Excellence in Park and Recreation Management. The Park District is only one of four park and recreation agencies in the State of Illinois to win the Gold Medal and earn both State (2014) and National Accreditation (2015).
