Job Description

We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking a Incineration Technician- Fluidized Bed divisionwill be responsible for performing industrial labor and other physically demanding work outdoors, under potentially adverse conditions, as well as within the facility/plant work environment. This is an entry-level, full-time position offering NEW wage $26.50 an hour, paid weekly, along with career growth and advancement opportunities. We are searching for a safety-oriented and reliable individual to join our team in Kimball, NE. This is shift work rotating 4- 12 hours shifts Days/Nights Mechanical aptitude required. Ability to work in adverse environments (extreme cold/heat, wind).

  • Performs general labor throughout the facility to preparing materials for the incineration process
  • Ensures the safety of him or herself as well as those around them
  • Performs manual tasks such as cleaning up spills when necessary while taking all safety precautions necessary to prevent injury
  • Follows all standard operating procedures
  • Other duties as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience with industrial or manual labor
  • Forklift Operation
  • Ability to work in adverse environments (cold/heat)
  • An excellent commitment to health and safety
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • DOT Training
  • Proficiency in Windows based applications
  • Climb on and off forklifts
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. from the ground to your waste
  • Climb up and down vertical ladders
  • Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force
  • 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical
  • 10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit-ups (to determine if fit)
  • Good hand/eye coordination
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Punctuality and attendance required
  • Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
  • Background check, drug screen and physical- required
