Radware is a global provider of cybersecurity protection solutions for networks and applications, servicing customers around the globe. Cloud Services is the fastest growing business, and we are looking to take our service to the next level in our key markets.

What will you do?

The network expert team is part of the customer services group, as a network expert you will act as an escalation point for NOC, customers, and onboarding team for technical network issues

• Assist in incident response and support customers during network events and attacks

• Work with network architects, engineering, andR&Don infrastructure improvements

• Actively monitor, react, and troubleshoot system events and alerts.

• Investigate and resolve network related issues

• The position requires on-call duties

What you need:

• 5 year’s hands-on experience in implementing and troubleshooting complex TCP/IP technologies
• Must have experience with strong routing and switching concepts - CCNP advantage
• Must have experience with Cisco/Juniper routing and switching
• Must have experience with routing protocols, BGP - a must
• Knowledge with HTTP/s protocol, load balancer and operating systems (Linux) – An advantage
• Good communication skills and experience working with customers - a must
• Knowledge in security solutions and Load balancing (any vendor)
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python - advantage
• Ability to collaborate, sync and manage processes with other teams to achieve incident resolution
• Multitasking and work under pressure
• Familiarity with Radware services and products - An advantage
• Fluent English
