Your New Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, Service Performance, the Incident Operations Specialist role sits within Member Operations and plays an important role in supporting the timely resolution and prevention of operational and insurance ‑related incidents across the Fund.
This 12 ‑month Maximum Term Contract role focuses on managing a portfolio of insurance incidents, working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver fair, compliant and member ‑first remediation outcomes. These roles support a new project team and provide meaningful exposure across incident management and risk uplift initiatives.
