Team Introduction:
The User Growth team (UG) at TikTok plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of TikTok products.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving key metrics for incentive product operations in APAC region, including but not limited to user growth, localization, content expansion, and user experience;
- Responsible for the operation of various online products, formulating overall operational growth strategies, and collaborating with PM, RD, and data teams to achieve targets using product capabilities, marketing activities, and other growth methods;
- Track and analyze regional campaign data to assess the quality and effectiveness of incentive campaigns. Deeply understand user needs through user research, user feedback, and localization exploration, driving continuous upgrades of incentive products in terms of user experience and localization, and providing effective optimization strategies and directions for product iteration;
- Develop & implement a 360 marketing strategy to drive user growth uplift. This will involve leveraging a diverse range of channels such as partnerships, go-to-market initiatives, influencer marketing, SMS campaigns, paid advertising, OOH, and more;
- Work closely and collaboratively with XFN stakeholders and regional teams to achieve growth targets and ensure alignment across all departments.
