Inbound/Outbound Customer Care Representative

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $19.50/hour | Paid Training

At SynergenX Health, we believe great patient care starts with great people. We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and customer-focused Inbound/Outbound Customer Care Representative to join our team and play an important role in supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey.

This is more than a call center position. You’ll be one of the first people our patients connect with, helping answer questions, schedule appointments, resolve concerns, and make each interaction feel helpful and positive.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Two weeks of paid, on-site training

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and messages promptly, professionally, and with care
• Schedule patient appointments using our EHR system
• Respond to patient questions and concerns and route issues appropriately
• Document patient communications accurately in our CRM
• Provide a welcoming and helpful experience during every interaction
• Assist with administrative tasks and other team needs as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience
• At least 1 year of experience using CRM or EHR software
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and sound judgment
• A genuine desire to help others and provide excellent customer service
• Ability to successfully complete a routine criminal background check
