Who You Are:

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor, track, and communicate the progress of inbound shipments to ensure efficient and timely updates
• Responsible for global inbound shipments to North America distribution centers
• Booking exception management in Origin Cargo Management (OCM) providers system(s)
• Communicate shipment updates with stakeholders i.e. brand operations/production, customer service, sales and the DC
• Daily follow-up with service providers (ocean, air, dray carriers) regarding shipment status
• Responsible for driving issue resolution to enable timely receiving of shipments at Distribution Centers
• Partner with Customs team for any documentation or import issues
• Prepare and publish reports related to Inbound transportation status and KPI performance
• Attend weekly inbound meetings and provide insights to stakeholders
• Identify and implement internal process improvements and new ideas to maximize service
• Develop best practice for import logistics processes

You’ll Need to Have:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience within logistics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent time management skills
• Team-player with excellent relationship-building

We’d Love to See:

• Degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience
• Apparel or footwear experience preferred

Compensation Range:

55,000.00 - 61,000.00 USD
