Overview:

The successful candidate will develop and implement logistics and planning strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring smooth supply chain operations from inbound materials to finished products. You will lead a global team, optimize logistics networks, and champion innovation and sustainability initiatives across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:


Import Operations


  • Responsible for managing all transportation activities related to moving components from suppliers to manufacturing plants in Hai Phong, Ha Tinh, India, and Indonesia.


  • Manage customs clearance for machinery, equipment, molds, components, vehicles, and other materials.


  • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve customs-related issues or delays


Requirements


  • At least 1 years of experience in logistics, supply chain planning, and production control, preferably in a global and dynamic environment


  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with a track record of driving supply chain optimization and sustainability projects.


  • Stakeholder management and supplier negotiation abilities.


  • Familiarity with advanced logistics technologies and compliance standards.
