Inbound Sales Representative at atNorth

atNorth is a leading Nordic data center company providing cost-effective, scalable high-density colocation and built-to-suit services to industry-leading organizations across Iceland, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.

With sustainability at our core, our data centers run on renewable energy and are designed according to circular economy principles. Through innovative design, power efficiency, and intelligent operations, we deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure.

Headquartered in Reykjavik, Iceland, atNorth operates eight data centers across the Nordics, with additional sites under development in Finland, Denmark, and Sweden.

We combine world-class technology with a people-first culture built on collaboration, ownership, and trust, empowering our teams to grow, take responsibility, and make a real impact.

By joining our international team, you will help shape the future of sustainable digital infrastructure.

Inbound Sales Representative at atNorth

This role is positioned at the center of our inbound commercial flow, acting as the first point of contact for new opportunities and playing a key role in ensuring a structured, efficient, and scalable sales process. You will enable the broader Sales organization to focus on larger and more complex deals, while independently managing smaller, standardized opportunities.

You will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads and leading sales opportunities up to a defined size, using standardized solutions, pricing, and agreements. The role requires a combination of commercial understanding, structured execution, and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

A key focus of the role is to ensure a fast, consistent, and high-quality handling of inbound opportunities. You will assess and qualify leads, manage standardized proposal processes, and ensure efficient handover across the organization.

You will be responsible for initial qualification of all inbound opportunities in accordance with atNorth’s qualification framework and dispatch relevant opportunities to the appropriate Sales representatives based on customer segment and scope.

You will own the full proposal process for smaller colocation opportunities, utilizing predefined templates, solutions, and pricing models to ensure efficiency and quick turnaround times. This includes managing client communication throughout the bid process, clarifying requirements, presenting solutions, and addressing any questions.

From a commercial and contractual perspective, you will adapt standard colocation agreements within predefined thresholds, ensuring alignment with atNorth’s pricing policies and deal structures.

Beyond execution, you will ensure proper documentation of all proposals and customer interactions, manage contract closure, and drive the formal handover to Operations and Finance.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement of the standardized bid process and support outbound initiatives, including targeted outreach and preparation of sales materials in collaboration with the high-density colocation team.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who thrives in a structured sales environment and enjoys working with standardized solutions while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with customer contracts within IT, infrastructure, or real estate

  • Experience with digital sales, inbound handling, or standardized solution selling is an advantage

  • Strong digital understanding, including experience with IT systems, platforms, and AI tools

  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality outputs. You are a quick learner with a strong ability to work with new systems and tools, and you bring a service-minded and responsive approach to your work. You are able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a strong commercial mindset.

Decision-making & impact

You will have responsibility for managing and closing standardized proposal processes within defined commercial frameworks and authority limits. You will operate in accordance with atNorth’s Bid Process, Sales Strategy, and Delegation of Authority, while actively contributing to improving how we manage and scale smaller colocation opportunities.
