Job Description

Are you ready to kickstart your career in sales? As an Inbound Sales Intern, you will engage with customers who have expressed interest in our services. You’ll follow up via phone and email, qualify their requests, and connect them with our Sales Advisors - ensuring every customer receives clear, friendly, and timely support from the very first interaction.

Job Type: Internship (6 months)

Working Hours: 40 hrs/ week

Availability: 80-100%

Tasks

  • Contact customers who have requested to be contacted (no cold calling)
  • Follow up via phone and email to understand their needs and expectations
  • Qualify their request based on defined criteria to ensure proper routing
  • Provide clear, helpful first insights about our products/services and hand off to Sales Advisors
  • Keep accurate and updated information in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Advisors to ensure smooth lead progression
  • Participate in team meetings, coaching, and continuous improvement sessions

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and Englisch (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
