Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Inbound Sales Agent for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You'll own inbound sales enquiries from the first call through to a closed order.

Role overview

Customers who are already interested contact the business by phone, email and chat. Your job is to understand what they need, recommend the right option and turn the enquiry into an order. There is no cold calling: every conversation starts with a customer who reached out first. You will work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday.

You will join the client's existing team from day one, with a named manager in the UK, regular check-ins over video call and clear goals so you always know how you are doing.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls, emails and chat enquiries
• Recommend products that fit and explain pricing clearly
• Convert enquiries into orders and process them accurately
• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Keep the CRM up to date and follow up on open quotes

What you'll need

• At least 1 year in inbound sales, telesales or a sales-focused contact centre
• A track record of hitting conversion or sales targets
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
• Confident, clear English on the phone and in writing
• Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace for UK hours

Nice to have

• UK consumer or B2B sales experience
• Experience selling over live chat
