The schedule is Monday to Friday from 11:00am to 7:00pm
Pay is 24.95 / hour
This position works in freight hall, clerical, forklift and receiving.

WHAT WILL I EARN?
- The hourly pay is $21,90 - $24.10 DOE.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in accomplishing the set goals and objectives of the organization. Works effectively with the team by abiding by core values and best practices. Meets expectations and is accountable for achieving results.
- Coordinates inbound products, docking schedules, delivery drivers/shipments, and flow of products being received into the warehouse with vendors, brokers, and contractors effectively, efficiently, and with courtesy.
- Receives and inspects inbound products by checking quality and quantity for accuracy and ensuring the product is correctly tagged and labeled for put away. Updates inventory records, conducts audits, and ensures proper storage and rotation of products, as needed.
- Handles clerical functions to track, record, and document in-flowing product paperwork accurately within systems and following set policies and procedures. Checks invoices, receipts, and logs for discrepancies and ensures delivery accuracy.
- Monitors, identifies, and resolves issues related to receiving, such as product damages, shortages, or non-compliant specifications, and works with relevant parties to rectify concerns.
- Adheres to and complies with safety regulations and ensures necessary policies, regulations, and procedures are followed during receiving and unloading processes.
- On-site attendance is required. Ability to work overtime to meet operational demands, as needed.
- Assists in other tasks and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and organizational skills to orchestrate receiving tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Computer skills and using inventory & scheduling processing software to handle and track inbound products.
- Maintains great rapport and customer service with delivery drivers, vendors, contractors, and the team.
- Quality Control and Assurance for auditing, counting, and accurately assessing received products.
- Ability to properly lift 20lbs to 30lbs, as needed during inspections and product in-takes.
- Ability to work in cold and hot temperatures, as needed.
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal to no supervision.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
