Our client is a trusted exterior remodeling company specializing in roofing, siding, and window replacement services. They serve homeowners with high quality exterior solutions and generate a steady volume of inbound leads through robust marketing efforts. As they continue to grow, they're expanding their team to ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience.

About the Role

We're looking for an Inbound & Outbound Call Handler who knows how to build rapport, move conversations forward, and create a great first impression. You'll manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, qualify homeowners interested in exterior remodeling services, and convert leads into scheduled appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with web leads, missed calls, and previous inquiries.
• Confirm appointments to reduce cancellations and no-shows.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Coordinate scheduling with the sales team.
• Conduct outbound outreach to past customers for referrals and reviews.
• Meet daily and weekly call, booking, and response time goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or call center roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
• Experience using CRM or appointment scheduling software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home services, construction, or remodeling.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with performance-based goals or bonuses.

Benefits

• 🕘 Working hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM. EST
• 💵 Salary: $1,200 USD.
