The Inbound & Replenishment Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all inbound logistics, receiving, and replenishment activities within the warehouse. This role ensures the smooth flow of goods from carriers to storage and from reserve to pick locations, while maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and safety. The manager leads a team of associates and supervisors and plays a vital role in aligning inbound and replenishment strategies with overall warehouse goals.
1. Inbound Operations
Manage all inbound freight activities including scheduling, receiving, inspection, and put away of goods.
Coordinate with purchasing, inventory control, and transportation to ensure timely and accurate receipt of inventory.
Monitor carrier performance and manage issues related to delays or discrepancies.
2. Replenishment Oversight
Ensure accurate and efficient replenishment of picking locations from reserve stock.
Use WMS to generate replenishment tasks based on inventory triggers and outbound demand.
Maintain optimal stock levels to support order fulfillment without overstocking or congestion.
3. Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and manage warehouse supervisors, leads, and associates.
Assign daily workloads and track productivity and performance metrics.
Conduct performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and hiring as needed.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
4. Process Improvement
Identify gaps in processes and lead implementation of lean practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Use root cause analysis to address operational and inventory-related issues.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
5. Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Conduct regular safety audits, training, and ensure proper use of PPE.
Oversee safe operation of material handling equipment and overall warehouse environment.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on inbound logistics and replenishment.
3–5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
Technical Skills:
Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic data reporting tools.

Full supervisory authority over day-to-day operations, staffing decisions, and disciplinary actions.
Decisions and leadership directly impact warehouse throughput, inventory accuracy, and shipping readiness.
Regularly collaborates with cross-functional teams inside and outside of Daiso to support seamless warehouse performance.
Contributes to budget planning, labor management, and resource allocation within the department.
