Job Description

Catbird is looking for an Inbound Inventory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate the distribution of inbound shipments, process all returns, and perform inventory control tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound

• Daily pickup of USPS mail from the mail room
• Maintain daily logs of incoming packages from all carriers
• Scan in, distribute, and notify Inventory Controllers and staff members of delivered mail/packages

Our Ideal Candidate

• Works with a sense of urgency and responsibility
• Strong attention to detail, especially with small items and precise counts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs
• Maintains regular attendance and timeliness
• A love of jewelry and experience with either making jewelry or working for a jewelry company is a plus!
