o Receive and verify maintenance spares and consumables against PO and supporting documents.

o Check material quantity, description, condition, and required documentation during receipt.

o Coordinate with users for material inspection and acceptance, wherever required.

o Create GRN in SAP after completing receipt verification.

o Maintain accurate store records and inventory documentation.

o Store maintenance spares and consumables in designated locations with proper identification and traceability.

o Issue materials against approved material requests and ensure proper documentation.

o Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and reconciliation.

o Monitor stock availability and support timely identification of shortages or discrepancies.

o Hold and report damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming materials to the Store Incharge.

o Maintain proper storage conditions, 5S, housekeeping, and material identification within the stores.

o Support periodic stock counting, cycle counting, and physical inventory verification.

o Ensure compliance with stores SOPs, company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable ISO requirements.

o Maintain all required records and documents for internal and external audits.

Professional Skills – Essential

Min 4 years' experience with bachelor's degree and Postgraduate in any Degree
