This role leads the governance, control and visibility of international inbound freight and customs compliance across a growing overseas warehouse network. Working across markets including Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Turkey and Poland, the role ensures goods move efficiently, compliantly and on time, while providing the insight needed to drive informed operational and commercial decisions. By translating complex shipment, purchase order and customs data into clear actions, risks and performance indicators, this role supports stronger stock flow, enhanced compliance and the successful delivery of the wider international supply chain transformation programme.
We are looking for someone with strong supply chain and logistics experience, ideally gained within an international retail, franchise or multi-market environment, and a proven track record of managing inbound volumes. A good understanding of international freight, customs requirements, freight documentation and overseas warehouse operations is important. This role would suit a proactive problem solver who is confident managing risk, making sound decisions at pace and building strong relationships across global, cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills, including experience using Power BI or similar tools to turn data into actionable insight, are important, alongside proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
