What's the role?
As an inbound Business Banker you'll be the first point of contact for business customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone. Working within our inbound contact centre, you'll assist customers with a range of enquiries including account support, online banking access, technical assistance and everyday business banking needs.
What do I need?
This is a great opportunity to build your foundational understanding of Business Banking, with the potential to grow your career into opportunities such as senior servicing and sales roles, Home Lending positions, Local Business Banking and a range of other pathways across the bank.
To support our business customers this role requires availability to work a standard full time shift, on a rotating roster between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability required to support customer demand.
