In the role of Inbound & Receiving Supervisor, working in Denver, Colorado, you will be part of the Operations team. You will lead receiving, inventory, and material handling operations while supporting a safe, efficient, and productive warehouse environment. This role plays an important part in ensuring inbound products are received accurately, inventory processes are maintained, and team members are supported in their growth and development.

This position reports to the Senior Operations Manager and works closely with warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, safety, and other cross-functional teams throughout the distribution center.

What You'll Deliver

  • Most importantly, you will lead and support a team of warehouse colleagues through regular coaching, performance conversations, development planning, and ongoing communication.
  • Manage daily inbound receiving operations, delivery schedules, and product flow to ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound shipments.
  • Support warehouse safety by promoting safe work practices, conducting observations, investigating incidents, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and receiving quality through reporting, documentation, and accountability processes that support operational efficiency and customer service.
  • Coordinate inbound appointments and warehouse floor space to support efficient operations and minimize operational disruptions.

  • You have at least 3 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution center, or supply chain experience.

  • You are comfortable using computer applications, including Microsoft Office programs.

Work Environment

This position is based within the Coors Distributing Company distribution center and requires regular physical presence in the facility. Team members will work in a warehouse environment that may include refrigerated areas and frequent walking and standing throughout the workday.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly lift and move products weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasionally handle kegs or products weighing up to 165 pounds with appropriate equipment and safety procedures.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,300.00 - $109,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
