Bosch Rexroth Corporation operates the electric servo driver system business, such as hydraulics and FA module components. The company provides products and solutions mainly related to hydraulic and electric drive in a wide range of areas such as construction, general industrial machinery, and FA equipment.

Leveraging the characteristics of high power hydraulic drives and highly efficient electric drives, Bosch Rexroth helps to save energy and clean up exhaust gases in construction machinery and general industrial machinery. Bosch Rexroth is also contributing to higher safety and reliability of machinery. In factory automation module components, Bosch supplies an extensive lineup of components, such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment, to meet needs on the front lines of manufacturing.

• Knowledge of Material Planning, production planning & control (PPC) and Procurement Function
• Preparation of Production plan and release on monthly basis
• Inventory control - Raw material, WIP and FG: Steering as per target, measures, Risk mitigation
• Master Data maintenance - System based planning [MRP] parameters and timely updation
• Continuous improvement in MOQ, Leadtime, TPT and relevant KPIs
• Forecasting and Demand Planning as per Sales Input and execution in alignment with Customer delivery
• Able to Lead global sourcing initiatives for key raw materials, ensuring cost-effective procurement and maintaining high-quality standards to support production needs.
• Knowledge of Supplier based creation and coordinating with purchase team and global mentor Including SA, info record and EDI/ASN set up., TLV agreement Communication platform steps up, CTG and CTX for Import -Export approval process, Custom clearance
• Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools and methods to ensure timely close logistic issue
• Knowledge of Transport and forwarder set up including custom clearance and compliance
• Quality Control Ensuring that the purchased products /parts meet Quality standards and specification
• Responsible for Vendor Order and Delivery management: Review and steer target fulfillment with suppliers
• Vendor delivery performance: Review, Assessment of risk and collaboration with all stakeholders
• New products /projects launch: Establish necessary contracts, Supply chain cost build up and realization, manage SOP and series deliveries.
• Responsible for leading and Driving Levelling, Production Planning and Coordinate Internal Delivery Fulfillment
• Responsible for reconciliation of subcontracted materials with suppliers.
• Coordinate with LOM and Suppliers for timely collection / delivery of child parts to the production site.
• Coordination for: Supply shortfall, Quality Rejections with closing looping
• Coordinate with Purchase Quality for inward inspection, Inbound Logistics for goods receipt and booking as well as loading tracking with production
• Timely escalations During critical /bottleneck situations and delivery failures from suppliers

Qualifications

Qualifications:

B.E. Mechanical with 2-3 years of experience

Criteria:

Should have knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel/Word/Power point)

SAP knowledge would be desirable (MM/PP module)

Strong communication, agility and adaptability skills required
