In project management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will leverage strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
& Summary:A career within Advisory, PwC, offers a unique opportunity to drive large‑scale transformation programs across Government and Private Sector clients. This role is designed for candidates who specialize in Target Operating Models, Concept of Operations, and technology‑led modernization in the domains of public safety, surveillance, and command centers.
A successful candidate will be expected to work proactively with multiple clients (international engagements), lead strategic problem-solving, and take ownership of end‑to‑end consulting deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Lead/assist the design and delivery of Target Operating Models (TOM),ConOps, functional workflows, and governance structures for multi-agency command and control environments.
Drive strategy and advisory projects for surveillance modernization, emergency response, ICCC/IC3, Safe City initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
Develop technology strategy documents including technology blueprint, architecture, integration frameworks, use cases, user personas, SOPs, and KPIs/SLAs.
Evaluate adoption of next‑gen technologies such as AI‑based video analytics, cloud-native command centers, digital twins, IoT, mobility platforms, and data fusion architectures.
Work with cross-functional teams (law enforcement, traffic police, disaster management, urban development, and IT departments) to align operating model recommendations.
Support business development efforts through solutioning, proposal writing, creating thought‑leadership assets, and participating in client workshops.
Provide expert advisory on the evolution of public safety ecosystems including interoperability, integration patterns, and performance management frameworks.
Mandatory skill sets:
Strong understanding of Operating Model design, including organizational structures, service delivery models, governance frameworks, SOPs, RACI, KPIs/SLAs.
In‑depth knowledge of surveillance & safety technologies (AI Video Analytics, Command Center Platforms, Integrated Communication Systems, Edge/Cloud architectures, IoT, GIS).
Experience with command center programs for smart cities, Safe City, Emergency Response Systems, Digital 112/ Dial 100 modernization.
Understanding of integration technologies, data pipelines, API frameworks, middleware, and interoperability models.
Hands‑on experience preparingConOps, TOM, technology roadmaps, process frameworks, and client-ready consulting documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management tools, and ability to handle complex datasets and dashboards.
Preferred skill sets:
Prior experience in consulting for government (National & International) or digital transformation engagements.
Exposure to innovation-led technologies (AI/ML analytics, predictive policing tools, command center automation, digital twins, cloud-native C4isystems).
Ability to work with senior stakeholders, lead workshops, and manage multi-agency alignment within complex transformation programs.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical topics.
