Responsibilities

The tasks, roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role of aSenior Associatewill include the following:

  • Review Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax safe harbour and top-up tax calculations in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.

  • Lead research on technical topics relating to Pillar Two and to contribute towards thought leadership materials.

  • Monitor developments in international tax regulations related to Pillar Two and updating clients accordingly.

  • Lead execution of the assigned engagements.

  • Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed the client’s expectations.

  • Ensure continuous compliance with all the risk and quality management standards of the firm.

  • Manage a team of Associates, Assistant Managers and Interns who would be working on specific clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including audit and tax professionals, to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

  • Coordinate with global teams for sign-offs.

Mandatory skill sets:

Working in this discipline will see aSenior Associate working on engagements and teams (the sizes of which will vary depending on client/project).

To qualify for the same aSenior Associate will need:

  • To be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with4-5 year of relevant experience

  • Other prerequisite skills include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Ability to analyze financial statements

  • Number crunching ability
