As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. & Summary: We are looking for a talented and passionate React Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building user-friendly and high-performance web applications using React.js. You will collaborate with our design and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences and implement innovative solutions.

Experience Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience

· Proven experience in finance/accounts domain within enterprise-level applications

· Adequate hands-on experience with software application platforms relevant to the project (ERP, financial systems, or large IT solutions)

Functional & Domain Skills

· Strong understanding of accounts and financial system modules, including workflows, services, and integrations within enterprise-level applications

· Proven ability to analyze existing financial processes, identify functional gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement

· Expertise in gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications

· Sound knowledge of financial system configurations, enhancements, and change management within large IT or ERP implementations

· Ability to clearly articulate functional requirements to both technical teams and business stakeholders

· Hands-on experience providing functional support during implementation, rollout, and post-implementation phases

· Ability to conduct user training sessions, knowledge transfer, and hand-holding support for system rollouts and enhancements

· Experience participating in change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new or enhanced system functionalities

· Strong coordination skills to work with multiple stakeholders, including clients, users, technical teams, and implementation partners

· Ability to ensure effective adoption and optimal utilization of finance/accounts modules by end users

· Flexibility to provide additional functional or project-related support as required during the contract or project lifecycle
