Role Objective
Execute day‑to‑day contingent workforceonboarding and relatedHR operationalactivities with accuracy and timeliness, supporting SLA delivery and quality outcomes under defined processes and controls.
Responsibilities
Execute contingent worker transactions including onboarding, contract updates, extensions, offboarding, and associated documentation checks.
Creation ofcontingent workforce profileswithin HR systemsensuring accuracy of data capture Triggerwork-flowsin HRISto enable provisioning of systems, accessand other resources
Process changes to contingent worker records
Managequeries relating to contingent worker access rights,onboardingdocumentation, and eligibility for engagement.
Manage cases through defined intake channels and case management tools, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality benchmarks.
Perform data validation, system updates, and compliance checks in line with approved SOPs and control requirements.
Identify and escalate exceptions, data discrepancies, and policy deviations to Leads or Managers with complete and accurate documentation.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready external staff data through disciplined lifecycle transactions and mass data corrections.
Maintain operational trackers, logs, and records to support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Embed governance, metrics, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
Support preparation of operational reports, volume tracking, SLA dashboards, and audit responses as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and suggesting process enhancements.
Adhere strictly to defined processes, information security requirements, and confidentiality standards.

Working knowledge of HR systemsandcase management tools
Experience of workingwith global employees,in a globalsharedservices environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in high‑volume, SLA‑driven, and globally aligned operations.
Strong documentation and data handling capabilities.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work indifferent shifttimingsbased on business needs
